Great blue heron - This was created in an alcove in a
condominium overlooking a river frequented by herons, geese and ducks. Sculptures can be designed to enhance both the theme inside or bring
the outside in. The sculpture was built to fit the alcove which is 6' high
and 13' long. It is actually about 1 1/2 at the thickest point but notice
how the proper lighting makes it appear much thicker and 3-dimensional.
Willow Tree -
This sculpture is about 14' tall and extends over three walls. Again, the
strategically placed lighting makes the figure jump from the wall.
Cardinal- From my woodcarving experience, the cardinal is always
popular. I've used this sample to show the contrast between
the coarse texturing of the evergreen branch and the soft feathering of
the bird. It also has become part of my signature logo.
Chair and birdhouse - The customer asked me to
design something that would incorporate her love for birdhouses and her
garden.
Mountain scene - imagine filling an entire wall in your rec-room
with a scene like this! If you've got or go to a cabin "up
north" and have a picture of it , I could incorporate it a scene and
bring that feeling back home with you.
One of these trademark balloons was created on each side of
the reception area of the newly remodeled REMAX 24/7 real estate office on
College Avenue in Appleton WI. Sculptures are an ideal way to
highlight your company logo in a reception area, waiting room, or board
room.
Eagle - The majestic, regal look of an eagle in flight would
be a great way to adorn a wall in an office, boardroom, or waiting room.
